Definition of culprit: someone who perpetrates wrongdoing. Kelly's conclusion: meatloaf is just wrong!!!
My poor husband just loves meatloaf, and unfortunately for him, I just don't make it too often. In fact, it's my go-to "Kelly's-out-of-town" meal. I make up the "loaf of meat" and put it in the fridge for him to bake. When I was out west a few weeks ago I left him said "loaf of meat", along with a pouch of instant mashed potatoes and a can of peas (Brian prefers not to cook, so I had to make it simple) He informed me the next day that the whole dinner was a hit with all five of them! Guilt trip! So, I promised I'd make it more often. Well, tonight provided an excellent opportunity----I'm not eating dinner at home tonight! I've got a girls' night out with some gal pals, so I joyfully made the fam a "loaf of meat", homemade mashed potatoes this time, and cooked carrots. Brian was a very happy man as he headed out the door with four kiddos in tow, on the way to the park! Now I get to go have some REAL food with my friends! ;-)

ha! Kelly! I hate meatloaf, too, and Ross loves it. I told him I'd probably never make it, so he resorts to getting it when we go to the Dixie Cafe. :)
Maybe now you are going to have to invest in the "meatloaf pan".
I happen to like meatloaf and Ron hates it! What does that say about us? I usually ask for it for my birthday dinner that Mom traditionally makes, while he asks for marinated steak or something of the sorts. Maybe I'm part GUY??? and he's part GIRL??? Oh Well. Also, I am going to try The Grocery Game. I love to shop, be on the internet, and save money. It sounds perfect for me! The part I am dreading is the coupon cuttting, but I am going to give it a go. Still lovin' the blog.
